Shimano Australia participated in the first Consumer on Snow Demo of the season organized by AustralianNZ Snowboarding Magazine in Thredbo NSW. The Demo for Shimano was a great success with plenty of people riding Shimano Snowboard gear.
The products we had available for demo included the all new Shimano Accublade Step-in boot and binding system which was extremely popular. Everybody who Rode Accublade was especially impressed by how comfortable, responsive and easy Accublade is to use. The Majority of people to ride Accublade had never ridden a Step-in system before and gave nothing but positive feedback. The most frequent responses after riding Accublade were “These are the most comfortable boots I’ve ridden” and “This is the easiest system I’ve ever use”. So all in all it was a successful weekend for Shimano.
The next Consumer demo Shimano will be attending is organized by Morrison Media (Australian Snowboarder Magazine) at Mt Buller VIC on July 22nd-23rd 06. We’ll have all the latest Shimano product to try so we hope to see you there.
